Many blessings to you .. Can you believe another year is going by!

I hope 2011 has treated you all well It has been a busy busy year for us.. I am very grateful for many things of course. I guess this season is really the time to focus on that!

I amit I like to take some time regularly and just meditate and really try to focus on what I am most grateful for.. But it is this time of year I like to really talk about it.. I like to encourage others to think about what makes them happy and what they are grateful for?! Its easy in life regular crazy sessions to get down on the bad stuff.. We can forget the good things, and the thing we do have that make things just better!

I guess like you probably know there are bad things with life BUT keeping positive on the beauty that surrounds us, the travel the communications the knowledge the wisdom we really can learn and witness! 

I'm grateful of course for my little cottage home We love it and have been scurring around our home making it ours .. with our little personalized touches lol growing our gardens planting a few trees, building a deck in the back laying grass down.. making the back yard look like a back yard from a driveway wasnt easy but it was alot of fun~!

Im grateful for of course our new addition to our family my second son!! and his safe entrance in the world .. May they both be protected and watched over! Please always!

Im grateful for boy my boys! My 3 year old is a bundle of running fun! Exploring the world now and enjoying his little baby brother soo much!! Thank you everyone who sent me the blessings the best wishes! The prayers Everything!

I am grateful for my hubby a great man who is patient and loving and hard working man in the medical field helping people every day!  And taking sometime off on paternity to help me out

And of course everyone I talk too and work with .. Whether its a short conversation or A regular talk! I enjoy and treasure evryone I communicate with all the neat things I learn about the places everyone lives! and their lives and their experiences. The neat pictures people send me the postcards, the cards.... just everything! It truly is a small world no matter where we are from!@ I treasure every moment, every thing that is shared with me! And I thank The higher powers everyday for this experience and that they help me help people everyday! and continue!

The next order of business is of course my Christmas charity! Every year! I like to really choose something to focus on I take a chunk of proceeds towards donating to something

I did cancer society.. which is very dear to my heart to help out!

I chose plan Canada the one year which I thought was really a neat one and still may donate a fruit tree again somewhere! I donated money to buy a few trees in school yards to help feed and shade the children.. which I thought was really neat!!!! I thought very practical as well!

And a few other things!   so many people have helped us out that last year I really wanted to work on local charities so we cleaned out our kitchen cupboard gave away at least 1.2 of my wardrobe and shoes and baby stuff just things to help put  others gae away some furniture! Just alot of things to alot of good people

Now this year being in a new community Which we love!! It is soo much smaller!! and everyone is just extra nice! We really wanted to help in a few areas such as the local food drive, and the town collection for winter jackets and winter gloves and hats! Even my little guy has been helping out!!   as we donated alot of his toys he doesnt use and didnt use away to 2 families that had nothing because of various situations!

We have been so blessed and trust me we dont have alot But because of that I feel more blessed then ever! And even little things that we have faced our community has supported us helped us.. such as all of Hunter's (my son's baby clothing) being thrown away by accident forgetting it was his at my parent in laws... stressful times.. but so many people helped us in our community and his work!! not to mention my pregnancy not being the most fun and I wasnt always able to work doing this and even many of you guys  being there to listen and understood sent listened to what was going on and kept me in your prayers in certain situations as I have most defintily for you! 

It has been a good year but a hard one as life so frequently is!  With cancers and sicknesses show their ugly face in my family as well but we stay positive and hope for the best and pray and be grateful for all that we have   .... 

This year we have yet again cleared our cupboard and shared the food we can! I think I will be going thru all of our clothes in a few months once Syler gets a bit bigger!!! Just so I can pay it forward!!!!

We have also decided to continue on with our other issue we learned and realized moving to this small community... There are alot of stray kitties around here.. there are alot of open fields and water as well being by Lake Erie!  Alot of cats roam.. which we dont have a problem with .. I just worry about people as I love cats and would never ever want a human to lay a hand on them!  I fear this the most .. that and cars of course...  And the odd animal that can hurt them! They do live in colonies and many peple take them in I noticed ...which, I want to add  we are grateful for these people as well!   But there are alot of cats who are not fixed* I learned this fall about a program where they believe that the cats are better off out there .. they live as a colony and they generally find somewhere safe.. They just dont believe in sending them to a shelter.. where here*  there is a over population !!! And unfortunately they are known for putting down many cats daily because of over population This group believes they are fine and its better then being killed! But to just trap and fix and return! And they help build shelters for them which is nice as well!!! 

We have seen soo many cats around.. Now the thing about these style of cats is they were most of them abandoned along time ago ... or never seen a home this is why this is the case as well most of them arent really adoptable... And those that are they try to adopt them out!

But most are.. Actually there is a day in October its called National Feral day!! This si how I really learned about this!

I would have a slue of cats if I could afford it lol!!! I would! and if I had a bigger place! and this area is deadly to me because of this...

Because all I want to do is help them all! So we have been trying!

Actually I have fixed 2 cats now.. but they were kitties .. we were able to bring them into our home and get their shots ...In there nesting area where they lived we have been feeding the rest that live there! there are at least 3 more then we can tell and have seen... The two we have gotten were at very young ages about 12 weeks the the sister she was the easiest she now has all her shots and she is now fixed and been part of our family for a few months now! We call her Hope!.. Her brother took a bit longer to coax.. we managed to get him as a kitten too at about 16 weeks!  We are getting him done on the 8th all completed!!  these cats were both young and really the easiest! and have become part of our family! We cant have anymore unfortunately! BUT we have been trying to coax the rest of the 3 not to keep because they likely will never beable to  be house cats.. We havent been able to do more then see them honestly... and arent sure if thats all.. but we are working on it being our goal next year to get their shots and fix them before May rolls around.. hopefully preventing more cats in the area.

So to do this I am taking $2.00 every bracelet I sell towards their spay and nuetering! and just donating a proceed of readings towards this project~!!!!  I certainly think its a great group and concept

We are still doing things for different charities like the local mitten hat and winter coat drive!!! and the food drive we did!!!!

But we are huge animal lovers here!!! and there is a big problem with over population of unloved animals here I guess we just feel we have done alot already.. but there is still more we hope to do!!!

Mercury will make it’s retrograde station on August 2nd** at 1 degree of Virgo.  This celestial occurrence happens three times a year when the planet Mercury slows down and appears to stop and then move backward (retrograde).

So... What this means for us Since Mercury rules communications many have come to recognize the effects of retrograde as communications go haywire. In fact some would say, “All hell breaks loose in the realm of communications.” Whether its verbal, written or computer driven communication mishaps occur. Technology goes wonky. Computers, cars, cell phones break down. Even contracts and agreements are in jeopardy. Many astrologers warn of buying electronics or making major purchases during this time... its not meant to scare.. but it is common occurances to be prepared for..  the last mecury I didnt receieve several emails and readings.. and out of the blue receieved messages saying what is taking so long? lol I thought huh>??!?!! and low and behold happening at least 7-9 times I just simply didnt receieve an email.. never happened again.  BUT here we go again. hopefully it doesnt repeat    Many may find it hard to get focused and/or make a decision. You might find yourself in a state of forgetfulness. The blessing in this particular retrograde is the position of Neptune which will help to enhance and influence your spiritual side. Use this energy to let go of things which no longer serve you. Be open to answers coming from The Universe in unexpected ways. Trust your intuition and Higher Self when whispers of guidance come your way. Take extra time for meditation, prayer and spiritual practice.  So we just need to Try to get along in our lives as best we can is that this retrograde period is a time to sort through old, worn out perspectives; a time to clear the clutter of ideologies and thought patterns that are entrenched but not useful any more. Retrograde Mercury suggests a time to contemplate this; not to take radical action***. .

The purpose of Mercury retrograde is to review and revise our life and our connection with reality. The timing of this universe is geared toward the Sun as it moves through the zodiac. Mercury has an orbit that at times gets ahead of the Sun allowing us to look into the future toward new and innovative ideas. However, we cannot continue in that vein until we come back to the present designated by the Sun and put our new ideas into manifestation. During the time that Mercury jumps ahead, we ultimately have to bring the ideas back into the present to test and evaluate to see how they fit into our life. As Mercury retrogrades back into the present, the connection with the Sun happens as we test drive our ideas and re-align with reality and the natural timing of the universe.

Mercury itself rules how we think, we will be adjusting everything related to thoughts, concepts, ideas, and communication, especially how technology and material elements play a part of ideas. When Mercury retrogrades, we find that many parts of our life are being revised. Often these revisions can be a surprise or throw us back a step. However, these revisions which occur during a Mercury retrograde, are a "course correction". During this time of revision, change is compounded and confusion is created by our reactions to the ever-changing situations. Thus anything started during this time will ultimately be taken back or even revised further, making for a high-frustration time. This will be especially true with changing our minds, reviewing new ideas and our communication being improved and honed so not to be mis-understood.

The best mode to be in during a Mercury retrograde is one of "non-reaction", and with earth signs being impacted, physical environment will be changing continually during a Mercury retrograde. Treat the time period as a time of gathering information, yet because the information will be in constant change. Best to wait until the changes stop before attempting to make things orderly. let the winds of situations blow around you without reacting. Once Mercury turns direct August 26th**, take a look at the information that is still around at that time and go about putting everything in order, while maintaining the fine art of flexibility.

Bringing A theme of Chaos, change and revolution.

The conjunction of Mercury to the Sun which is the heart of the retrograde will also include Venus and it is exact on the 16th of August at 23 degrees of Leo. The days leading up to and just after this date are good for the deepest contemplation of your attachments. A time to look at attachments of the heart vs. attachments of the mind.

All in all, this Mercury retrograde is about Virgo and Pisces as well as Leo and Aquarius: Our sense of compassion and service as well as our social reality. Becoming more aware of your social reality ...  The last degree of Aquarius is a difficult transition because Aquarius is a sign, more than any other, that likes to hold on to it’s way of thinking. Whereas Pisces is about letting things be just as they are. You can see that Aquarius needs Pisces because it can be too attached to ideas and ideals and Pisces follows Aquarius prepares us to let go with awareness rather than ignorance.

The Mercury retrogrades that occurs this month.....august 2011 provides the opportunities for us to make adjustments in the practical aspects of our life from the information brought to us through the Mercury retrograde in fire signs; Aries, Leo and Sagittarius (occurring in that order). Decisions about our goals and aspirations will be the focus during the December 2011 retrograde, assisting the transitions of career through the changing goals that will be evolving at that time. This is a variation on a popular spell used to stop someone from harming or bothering you.

This must be performed during a waning moon.

On a piece of parchment or recycled paper, write the name and birthdate of the person

you are wishing "away".

Now fill an air-tight container (like a baby food jar or Tupperware container) with water.

Add a pinch of one or more of these magical herbs: ash tree leaves, clover, lovage, lilac, garlic.

Take the paper with the name on it and fold it three times.

Tie a black string or thread around it and drop it in the water.

Seal the container up and bury it in a safe spot in your garden, yard or flower box.

Once the person has left you alone or no longer poses a problem to you, open the

container and empty it to the earth. Keep the container instead of leaving it to Mother Earth.

channeling Then visualize a triple circle of purplish light around your body while chanting:

I am protected by your might,

Gracious goddess, day and night.

SPELL TO MAKE AN ENEMY INTO A FRIEND

You will need: a picture of your enemy, or a drawing if a photo is not available.

Make sure no one else is in the photo if you use one. Vanilla incense.

Take the picture of your enemy and pass it through the smoke of the vanilla incense.

While doing this say the following 3 times:

Enemy, enemy, turn into friend

let all ill will now come to an end.

Just concentrate and chant this until you feel this working.

You have to have a high energy build to feel it truly working.

This spell does not require casting a circle.

This is usually for the type of guys that are always into some type of negative trouble.

Watch over him as you would for me Protect him with the highest energy

Blessed Goddess if he don't know, how I feel, you'll make it so

I thank you dear mother for your grace Take your time, at your own pace

SPELL TO HELP DISPEL NEGATIVE ENERGIES AROUND YOU

Take a small clear crystal, an acorn, some rosemary and mandrake and a bit of green silk

or cotton. It doesn't need to be a big piece. Cast your circle and creating a pouch from

the herbs, bless them with each element saying:

"While this dwells within,

there will be protection without.

Cleanse and charge this charm,

element of against all who wish me ill!"

Now hang this somewhere not too obviously, like hiding it in a corner or over a window.

This will protect you 'til next Samhain when you should burn it in the sacred fire, crystal and all.

If it is not too tainted, the fire will just cleanse the crystal and you'll be able to retrieve it

from the ashes but recommend just getting a new one.

SPELL FOR BULLIES

This is used to stop people who are bullying or upsetting you and hopefully to make them friends.

You will need: 1 Glass bowl full with water. 1 pinch of sugar

Blossom petals (any color will do) 4 drops of olive oil

Chant the following spell 4 times. Every time you say the spell add 1 of the 4 drops to your bowl of water.

Put the blossoms in the water but so they float on the surface of the water.

Then put the pinch of sugar in.

After you've done the spell, put the blossoms that were in your water in a circle and

pour the solution (water) over the flowers.

Let (person's name) be

Rid of evil, Rid of sin.

Rid of jealousy and hatred within.

Let (him/her) learn to live & work with others especially me,

Go spirit you are free.

May (him/her) be guided by nature.

SPELL FOR STOPPING HARASSMENT

The following spell is intended to cool down an explosive situation and encourage the

transgressing individual to leave you alone.

Tools: Paper Pen Large plastic bag suitable for the freezer Goddess candle Marking Pen

Arrange your tools on an altar. Light the Goddess candle. Cast a circle.

For your purposes, you'll want to include your kitchen in the circle, perhaps using the

kitchen counter as an impromptu altar.

Write the name of the individual who is harassing you or threatening you with harm on the piece of paper.

Concentrate on that personal departing from your life.

See them leaving you alone and allowing you to live in peace.

Chant your wishes regarding this individual as you write.

Let the God and Goddess know you do not want him harmed but wish them to leave you alone.

Continue to write their name until the paper is filled on both sides.

Fold the paper, then seal it with wax from your Goddess candle.

Place the paper in the plastic freezer bag.

Fill the freezer bag with water until 3/4 full.

Seal the bag. Mark on it "Spell working, do not open or thaw."

Place freezer bag in the freezer. Close the circle.

When the water in the bag is frozen solid, placing the person who is a problem "On Ice,"

take the energy from the working and direct it around your property.

SPELL TO REFLECT NEGATIVITY

You will need your magick mirror or a consecrated small round mirror,

a wide-mouthed glass jar, ashes, vinegar, a knife or something else sharp like a razor blade

or piece of broken glass, and an apple.

After sundown, set the jar before the mirror and place in it some ashes. Fill it up 2/3 of the way with vinegar.

Take the apple and carve into it something that will represent the person or the negativity which

follows or attacks you. Try and make it as clear as you can-while you carve, infuse the apple

with all of the negativity you perceive around you. Raise the apple above the jar and say:

"Evil send must come to rest

Reflect it back to who knows best

Energy spent for evil and bane,

Go back now from whence you came

Far away I send you this hour

May all your attempts to harm turn sour!"

Place the apple in the jar-for best results do this spell for three consecutive nights.

SPELL TO CLEANSE A HOME FROM NEGATIVE ENERGY

These are especially good measures to take when moving into a new place, beginning

ritual activities in a new space, or to release bad feelings when an inhabitant has been sick or has died.

To cleanse a single room - on top of a newspaper, set a blue candle. Surround with a circle of salt.

Burn a little sage in the room. Light the candle, making sure it won't tip over.

Close the door and let the candle burn down.

When finished, take newspaper, salt, and candle leaving and bury far from your home.

To cleanse a house - select four corners. set four candles: north - black, east - white, south -

purple or dark red, west - blue.

Hello everyone! how are you.. I hope all well, I have heard from many that nice weather is around them as well..

some too hot  

Of course most know by now I am 5 months pregnant and very unpredictable in the sense that I can be terribly sick and no energyand have been simply a mess most of this time, I thank everyone for being so understanding..  I am still here absolutely..I just pace myself and go at a different speed then normal.. slowly .. usually...I have cancelled almost all my ebay readings except the one and 3 question, tea leaf reading!  But here on my site I still offer them allas long as you understand it may take abit more .. and thank you again for being sooo patient.. I cannot wait to justhave this baby.. It will be a C section so I already know I will be taking some time off.  And hopefully getting back to normal..I hope for the end of the year to be in full affect again.. this will give me a few months of getting used to everything, everyone, sleep routines.. and everything... BUT will be taking readings as I am now.. I look forward to normal

On happier notes the weather is beautiful here in Ontario Southern Canada!  we are now in the 80s and its only early May!

sunny beautiful.. I have been starting to garden slowly but surely!!!   I plan on planting alot of wildflowers in my garden in the back for all the butterflies and birds in the area .. I cant wait!!!

I planted my front garden which I like! It turned out nice! and planted my herbs in the planter boxes.. some shrubs and my hiscubus;s

My hubby is soo great he has been working soo hard.. with minimal help from me of course...  So happy! He has done a great job!

building a little low deck for our small cute home and painting most of the indoor rooms setting up so much!! He has done a GREAT job!

And worked harder then anything!!! 

I will absolutely putting pics of this years gardens a few pics of my home we bought first and hopefully last.. I will take some pictures of the beach which is down the street!  and maybe some areas.. We live in a very small but cute community, near a beach an open field and the canal!  It is an old area and well established in the 1800;s sooo all the homes are older and close together! The neighbours though are very nice!!!   very nice!!    I call our home a cottage but I mean this with pure compliment I always wanted to just live in a cottage by the water!

I never wanted to buy one just to go visit a week or two a yr.. because we couldnt afford it lol and because it be a waste of money lol... wed only beable to go that much.. and we`d have to buy one like 12 hrs away to be affordable lol...  so this was the highest form of compliment saying my home is a year round cottagy home!! I love it!  and so grateful that God helped us... as we couldnt have done it without him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finding a home in our price range lol was not existant especially for a home in such good shape (knock on wood) lol

So we are sooo glad that the weather is nice stay tuned for pics.. Ill get my camera busy the next little while and load them up soon..

I know my wildflower garden has even been planted yet.. and the seeds wiil take a few weeks

you know sickness wise... im horrible still lol I am still not keeping much food down.. But I was the samefor my pregnancy with my living son XXXX I was sick with him until 8 months.. so I suppose I am expecting the worse and if it gets better then thats great sooner honestly I just work extra hard on the good days..

and as much as I can on the bad days

For Hunter (my son) I honestly never noticed much of a difference with my abiltiies but all fairness I was not doing this professionally then.. only for friends family.. friends of freinds... so I really couldnt say for him...

But yes for this one I find I am growing much more especially in healing.. but it may have just given me the strength to really start offering this at a distance and the strength and courage to try.. and realize how many I have helped soo far.. as opposed to just in person where I would only do this.

During this is a time I intuitively see things and recieve messages and just an awesome experience.. but usually I

have only done this in person.. I think I have been kind of scared to work remotely with this.. as I really do not know these people and in person it is sooo much easier.. But I realized with this pregnancy it isnt different..

I suppose just like once I thought I couldnt do this with tarot.. and I couldnt do this with past lives... remote from a distance.. but here I am I cant really say its the pregnancy but it has given me courage to try it more..

Take the Water and Salt outside and empty it near your door (if in a large city,

a park will do fine) and save the candle and incense for later spells of similar need.

You need Jasmine oil Freshly picked flower (any kind will do)

Paper + Pen Candle Container

Write down on a piece of paper who or what makes you sad or angry andburn the paper saying:

"I burn this paper to bring me happiness."

Then drip the jasmine oil on the flowers and burn the flowers saying:

"I burn these flowers to bring me comfort."

Pour the ashes into the container while saying:

"Akasha (the goddess), bring me happiness and bring me comfort."

Repeat it three times then put the container somewhere cool.

DEPRESSION RELIEF SPELL

You will need:

white candle, black marker with wide felt tip, kunzite or blue agate, lemon balm,

lemon oil, and cloth pouch

Begin by completely coloring the candle black with the marker to symbolize the

depression that presently encases you. Light the candle & say:

"Flame cut through depression, deep. Melt it down & make it weep.

Grant me power to re-emerge, From its grip, I leap & surge."

Watch the candle burn until white wax appears at the flame.

Rub a bit of lemon oil into the stone & say:

"Kunzite/agate, stone of mellow hue,

Dissolve the depression, I beg of you.

Take its power & transform its strength.

Into positive energy I can use at length."

Lightly rub the stone against your temples & your heart, then placeit in front of the candle &

sprinkle it with lemon balm. Let the candle burn completely.

Place the stone & herb in the cloth pouch & carry it with you.

When your spirits need a lift, re-anoint the stone & repeat its empowerment chant.

Also suggest that you meditate. It helps make you calmer and be able tosee things in a clear light.

Tools*

Method:

Light Deity Candles and the incense.

Sit and meditate on the goal to be accomplished.

Light the Astral Candles of those in the home, which are placed approximately 13"

from each other. Think hard of each person, saying as the Candles are lit,

"This candle represents <Name> .

As it burns, so burns his/her spirit."

Write down the faults and problems that beset the home. Discuss them with the others.

Then light the Votive Candle, visualizing the start of a new day and new turn for the better,

e.g. visualize turning over an old brown leaf and finding it green and vibrant on the other side.

Light the Yellow-Green Candle (for Anger, and Jealousy and Discord).

Say, "Here burns away all negative emotions from <Name> and <Name>, leaving

only love and happiness. It is in our house; it is all about us. There is tranquillity in our home.

Peace and love abound and are with us. For true happiness now is known.

Understanding and love are there in abundance; discord and chaos are fled.

For be it ever thus, that as patience and love do grow and prosper,

so barren become the fields of doubt and distress.

Happiness is the light that burns and darkness all away is sent.

The home is peace; peace is the home."

Meditate for 3-5 minutes on settling the disturbed conditions in the home.

Now hold up the paper containing the problems, and burn it in the Votive Candle.

Visualize all the problems vanishing. Move the Astral Candles closer to each other.

Light the Black Candle (for Destruction of Negativity).

Repeat the words, then meditate for 3-5 minutes on the problems having gone.

Move the Astral Candles further closer to each other.

Light the Light Blue Candle (for Peace and Understanding).

Finally repeat the words once more, then meditate for another 3-5 minutes

on the new peaceful condition of the home.

Move the Astral candles even closer to each other.

Hug and kiss each other and call out "Hurrah" or other such words

expressing joy and relief and victory.

Then extinguish the Votive Candle, and then the Astral and Day candles.

Note: The spell is even more powerful if it is repeated on 3 consecutive days,

with different day candles, and letting the Astral candles touch each other only

at the third incantation on the third day. There is no need to write down the

problems on the second or third day. However, the spell may be only performed

once, in which case, the Astral candles should touch other at the third incantation.

The ashes of the "problem paper" can be gleefully flushed down the toilet.

Place the stone in the center of the cauldron with water.

Repeat this until you can feel any anger or hurt about the argument floating away.

Collect the flowers and put them in a vase using the water from your cauldron.

The candle should be cleansed before you begin, and could be infused with white energy,

you need to empower yourself? Is it because you wish to realize thebeauty within yourself,

or you wish others to see the beauty or strength you know that lies within you.

This spell also works best if you do a cleansing of yourself, whetherit is bath or shower or just

visualize all of the negativity that you are carrying with you washing away.

The candle should be placed in front of the mirror, and the mirror should face you.

Light the candle. Feel the positive energy emanating from the candle.

If you worship a deity, call upon them to help you. Chant or say aprayer. This is an example:

I walk in beauty with the Goddess.

I am strength. I am beauty. I am will. I am love.

She is within me. All who see me, know Her.

BREAKING UP AN ARGUMENT SPELL

To be done after an argument has occurred between you and a loved one.

Draw two figures on separate sheets of paper-one representing you and the other representing

the other person. Personalize the figures as needed (e.g.. Draw yellow on the head for blond

hair, draw glasses , etc.) Place an unbroken bay leaf on one figure and lay the other figure

face-down on top, creating a sandwich type thing. Say:

"Let the bay leaf take the energy and anger that is between us."

Separate the figures. Pick up the bay leaf and crumple it in the palm of your hand.

While doing so, say:

" As this leaf is broken and blown away,

Let the anger contained within also break and blow away."

Place the figures again on top of each other and say,

"Now there is no anger between us."

Blow the leaf to the wind. Wrap the figures up with a pink ribbon and put in safe place.

Read over this spell and customize it prior to use-the work will go much smoother.

Prepare your work area by setting up any tools you may use.

While setting up your area, concentrate on the purpose of your work.

Imagine how good it feels to be happy. Do not let negative thoughts enter your mind!

Just prior to your work, bathe in purification herbs, or with your favorite bath salts.

While you are bathing, concentrate again on the purpose of your spell.

Again, do not let negative thoughts enter your mind.

After bathing, go to your work area. Cast a circle and light your incense.

Envision a large, yellow ball of light surrounding you and your work area.

Hold the yellow candle between the palms of your hands and direct all of your

positive energy into the candle.

Place the candle in its candle holder.

Prior to lighting the candle, say (either aloud, or to yourself):

This candle represents the love and energy I have for myself

Light the candle and say (either aloud or to yourself):

"As I light this candle, the veil of darkness that is ever present in my mind is lifting.

The darkness ceases to exist as the light of this flame glows.

Long has the darkness filled my mind, my desire to be happy is intenselike the heat of fire.

As this candle burns, my spirits are lifting and the negative energy is washing away.

I will be happy, my life will be peaceful. I can see myself as I wishto be-happy and free!"

Sit back and watch the candle burn. Meditate on how good if feels to be happy and

envision the veil of darkness lifting.

When the candle had burned 1/3 of the way, say:

As the flame of the candle is extinguished-the light burns forever in my mind

blow out the candle. Repeat this for two more nights.

On the last night, after the candle has burned away and the leftover wax has

cooled-throw away the leftover wax into to trash and envision your depression

being thrown away with the wax. You will overcome your depression!

I like to do things something nice every year....  for 2009 I donated to one of my favourite chairties Plan Canada!!!  and donated a bee hive to a family comes with all they need to start a profitable business, and it came with training and things to do it...  for a family ..

Plus a few mango trees to a local school and orphange .. for the children to eat hoefully for many good years to come!!! 

This year I decided to take advantage of my move!!!  for 2010...  I am so fortunate to have such lovely home and family..  We decided to go thru all our things.. help us declutter along with help with local people who were in need this year!  We decluttered many things..

Posting things free to homes in need!  Giving away garbage bags full of clothes,

Freecycling food can goods, cereals things that had a few months to expire that we knew we would never get to eat... things that we never really ate or used.. Clearing alot of can goods, dry goods.

Giving away baby items that were taking up space.  that we were given for free.. to freeecycle it onwards....

magazines, books, toys, gifts that we didnt need .. It was very neat and we got alot of good things said

This year declutter your life! It starts with your home.. It truly does, a chaotic house is.. because life is chaotic, mind is chaotic..

Try to start declutter.. And start with yoru home..  Try giving things away for free to people who need it!

. Ask yourself if you had used it in your last year,  and if you really truly plan on it.. or even missed it.... 

Instead of salvation army, or thirft store donation..  Try giving it to someone who could use it!  These places still charge for it..

If someone really needs it.. they likely dont have the $5-10 for those jeans...   so we had alot of fun helping people this 2010!

Before starting place your hand before you, and start the flow of power out of your hand

and then say the words, letting the envisioned blue-white light from your power hand

fill the room or house or any other place that you might be.

SPELL TO PROTECT YOUR HOUSE

You need:

A whole head of Garlic 3 large 'iron' nails

9 pieces of White Thread (7 inches long each)

6 pieces each of Black Thread and Red Thread (7 inches long each)

Wax One White Egg Water and Wine

Twist or braid 3 white, 2 red and 2 black threads together,

melt a little wax and dip the threads so that it forms a stiff twine/wick like feel.

Do this two more times so you have 3 waxed braids.

Place the nails in a fire until they are red hot, while still hot (you can let them cool a little bit)

wrap each nail with a garlic leaf.

Then wind one of the waxed threads around each leave covered nail.

In a dish or bowl make a triangle with the nails and place it in a safe place (or your altar).

Place the egg in the triangle so it stands up, sprinkle with wine and water everyday.

household. Sew a small pouch of lavender cloth. Place a small trinket in the pouch for each

finally, add a small amethyst. Now, anoint a lavender or pink candle with peace oil and then

light it. Sit in front of the candle and hold the pouch in your hands and whisper the following

chant over it softly 3 times:

Relieve all tension, send it far,

Set the pouch with the candle. Allow the candle to burn down completely.

Hang the pouch in your home, preferably in the room where everyone gathers the most.

Whenever tension seems to build, repeat the above chant 3 times and envision peace

and tranquility radiating from the pouch and The Goddess.

SPELL FOR BLESSING A NEW HOME, HOME CLEANSING

Home-cleansing methods are of great importance in African-American hoodoo folk-magic.

Here is a simple procedure for blessing a new home and ridding a house of any unwanted

spiritual influences.

Wash down the wood work and floors with Chinese Wash (or Van Van Oil in water) from back

to front and out the front door and throw the remaining wash water out the front door or in the front yard.

If there is no front yard, carry some of the wash water to the nearest street intersection or crossroads

and throw it to the East.

Then use a brand new broom to sweep the house from back to front and out the front door.

Some folks also like to sprinkle Van Van Powder at the front threshold and sweep that away from the house.

After cleaning as above, put down pinches of salt in the corners of each room or, if you

are in a hurry, four pinches of salt at the four outside corners of the house.

SPELL TO HONOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD SPIRITS

When presenting your house spirits with offerings of incense,

candles or what not you can say this little chant:

HOME PURIFICATION SPELL

Incense:

1 tablespoon pine needles 1 tablespoon juniper 1 tablespoon cedar

Make sure all ingredients are completely dry.

Grind ingredients together and burn on self-igniting charcoal.

Spirits of the corners,

Winds of the quarters,

You who stand watching,

And you who hear my voice,

Guard well my home tonight

When you feel negativity building up in your home, or the occupants are not getting along:

Use Sandalwood, Dragons blood or (if you can stand the smell) Patchouli Incense.

Make certain that you carry your censer or a stick of incense into each room.

Use this in conjunction with a chant and meditation.

It's also a good idea to sprinkle sea or kosher salt on the carpet, then vacuum it up

immediately after the ritual.

THE BROOM PURIFICATION SPELL

Before dawn, take a branch from any tree.

Thank the tree for its gift and leave a coin or semi-precious stone at its base in payment.

Next, obtain several brightly colored flowers on long stalks.

Tie these flowers to the branch to fashion a sort of broom, then sweep the floor in every room

of the house, visualizing the flowers of the broom absorbing negativity and "evil" as you work.

Then, still before sunrise, leave the broom at the crossroads.

Traditionally this ritual is repeated at the first of each month.

SPELL TO LOCK/HOLD DOORS SHUT

You need to start by meditating before hand on the effect of the spell for at least 15 minutes.

Then, to cast, you sprinkle holy water mixed with salt and powdered iron, in front of the door

that you want to lock. Then place your hands on the door and concentrate your energies

going down your right arm, going through the door and back into your left arm.

Then you start chanting:

Keep chanting this as you build up power, and imagine the circle of energy

1 oz. (25 grams) Ground Cumin 1 lb. (500 grams) Sea Salt

Mix well. Start at the end of the driveway, beginning to the East, and go

poke root (which can also be added to your bath or cleaning water)

SPELL TO RID A ROOM OF EVIL

Light a cinnamon incense stick in the center of the room and walk

to the north east corner or wall. Say:

"Earth and air, purify to good, blow away evil."

Draw a pentagram of smoke and use the incense stick to stab through the center.

Walk to the southeast corner of the room and say:

"Air and fire, blow away evil, burn away pain."

Repeat the pentagram and stab the center, then walk to the southwest part of the room. Say:

"Fire and water, burn away pain, wash away fear."

Repeat pentagram and stab. Walk to the northwest part of the room and say:

"Water and earth, wash away fear, bury all negativity, purify to good."

Repeat pentagram and stab. Walk to the center of the room.

Point incense stick to the sky and say:

"As Above..."

Now drop an ash from the incense and say: "So Below"

HOUSE PROTECTION SPELL

1 glass bottle or jar with cap mixing bowl funnel (you can make one with a rolled up piece of paper)

9 herbs of choice from list: (Acacia, Aloe, Angelica, Anise, Ash, Basil, Birch, Blackberry,

Blueberry, Broom, Caraway, Carnation, Cedar, Cinquefoil, Clover, Cotton, Cypress, Dill,

Eucalyptus, Fennel, Flax, Foxglove, Grass, Hazel, Heather, Holly, Irish Moss, Ivy, Lilac,

Mandrake, Marigold, Mistletoe, Mugwort, Mulberry, Oak, Olive, Pine, Primrose, Raspberry,

Rice, Rose, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Spanish Moss, Thistle, Valerian, Violet, Willow)

Pour the nine selected herbs into the mixing bowl one by one. As you pour each one in say

these words (replace the blank with the name of the herb):

"________ that protects, protect my home and all within."

Once all of the herbs have been added to the bowl, mix them with your hands.

Visualize you home being safe and secure as you mix.

Cap the bottle or jar and bury it outside, in front of your front step.

If you live in an apartment or other place that would prevent you from doing this, place the jar some

where out of view but still near your doorway.

SPELL TO GET AN APARTMENT / HOUSE WITH WHAT YOU WANT

1 green candle 1 gold candle an incense of cinnamon & patchouli ads of apartments or homes

Time: Waxing Moon or Full Moon, I actually did the spell on a couple different days.

Sunday seemed to be the best though.

Find ads in the newspaper or rental books with what you are looking for.

Place the ads on your altar. Place a green and gold candle with the ads.

I used green and gold because green is for the earth and I designate the element earth with

home, gold was for the money needed to have a down payment for the place and for success.

Light the candles and an incense made of cinnamon and patchouli. Say the following:

Element of Fire, The light that you give,

Illuminate for me, The place where I'll live.

Let the candles burn out. When you look at places you want to live look for the brightest one!

SPELL FOR PROTECTION FROM NEGATIVE ENERGIES AND NEGATIVE FEELINGS

Before you continue with any other spells, you must ensure that you are in a negative free

zone, and this does not only include the circle, but all other parts of your residence.

You must be cleansed spiritually and then rid all negative energies.

To start, a simple thing to do is as follows:

Charge a pewter dragon's claw which holds a crystal or glass ball with your personal

energies after meditating.

Place it above an entrance door into your house or apartment.

By doing this, it will ensure that no more negative energies can enter your house whether

cast, sent or roaming.

While burning the incense that best assists your concentration and energy channeling

Then visualize a triple circle of purplish light around your body while chanting:

I am protected by your might,

O gracious goddess, day and night.

CHARM OF THE BEAST SPELL

mugwort angelica 3 hairs of an imposing beast black cloth oil of frankincense or myrrh

Mix the mugwort and angelica in equal parts, add to it the 3 hairs and bind together in a black cloth.

Add a few drops of the oil onto the cloth. then say

" He who is strong, he who is mighty

Lend thine power to this charm

Demons turn on your heels and run"

Draw over it a pentagram and the charms of banishment.

Burn the mixture to drive away the spirits that ail you.

Burn it in your home or room you wish to exorcise. Bury it before your doorstep and no demon

shall touch you nor enter. Wear the charm or hide it in the roof to ensure safety against any ills.

Glue the Pentagram to the compass, "Spirit" point north. Place everything into bag, and bury in

those may not know that as a reader it is not recommended that you read for yourself.  Usually because of one main reason!

I am usually pretty good with blanking my mind.. and just try to treat myself as Someone asking me a question...

Usually I must admit I can do it!- Which is nice..    so when I stumbled across my home I wanted .. we went to see.. and put an offer in the next day.. My big question was what will come from this?!!!!! 

So I got out my cards.. My regular cards I use on normal occasions for everyone I read for!  My well used and well cleansed cards with all the ublic readings I do and love to do..

and right away I let my hubby know... There will be many many bumps along the way.. alot of happenings out of the blue that if we dont take control we will easily loose this home... It really was about perservering thru this always with success at the final picture... But it would take hard work!

and I will need to lead things in control!!!  but it always showed as successful the 4 of wands .. the stable secure happy homecoming card! A good card to see plus the 10 of cups!!!!  But still I just wasnt sure... I just wanted this home soo much... I just didnt want to pick up on that...

But it wasnt just the reading that made me think more about this home... My ituition and dreams**

One month before this home was even on the listing.. I had the dream they we got  ahome.. Remebering it very vividly.. I woke up telling my hubby.. Ok thats it we are getting a home. I had the dream... and of course really not thinking too much about it .. Until I saw the home up for sale..

after that I asked my guides for signs... I know I have had this discussion with other clients.. I always believe in signs!!! I think they are all around us.. Sometimes we are too oblivious to even notice... So it started all of a sudden I m seein the name of the street every where!!!!!!

 But still I can see how  psychic readings can be sooo addicting....   I think my first thoughts were.. oh is this true.. I hope its true.. what if its not.. so off I went on a few trusted places where I do readings.. 

I first went to ebay.. I like ebay you can read the reveiws  and I went to an affordable woman .. I like to try to stay in the range of my prices..

With good reviews and her answer was yes ....  and she actually stated I may have had a past likfe connection to this home..

But I did let her know it certainly wasnt the same house.. However of course I knew it was a similar life to what I lived before in the past life..

In a small cottagy home by the water.. by the beach...  I did agree just not with the logic of this particular home.. It wasnt but certainly knew what she was trying to say!!!

I think by this point you just want more reassurance.. there really isnt much else to do .. but either wait patiently for things to pan out as they are predicted Or to go on asking more people..

so next I hopped on a free site I go on every so often to ask all the psychics on there..

I can see why people are so impressed with my readings lol.. Most never answered.. I got rejections .. and two answered with two or three words.. Both saying yes good luck.. or yes start packing...

I thought at least they all said yes!! lol  but still not comforted yet...

So I hope on  blog talk radio.. where I do my shows look up the next psychic shows!   One girl I was on hold for 30 minutes and then the show eneded she talked to the same woman... Next was a male I called 5 mins before the show and was the first one on..

To me told yes you will get it I have a good feeling and then next caller..

I guess all of this was nice to hear all yes* But then you second guess well .. are they just saying this....

I think after that I was too busy doing tons fo paper work and resending in the same things over and over again ...

to even think about it..

So The final outcome was a good experience I defintily think I go the best exerience thru my own instincts... and readings defintitly the woman on ebay at least said the most .. while others gave me the right answer but I am glad I never paid for them... As there was nothing else to them.

It was an interesting experience being on the other side.. We all have out worry times.. and we all live off of emotions! Our own! Others!

Life is definitly a crazy world!! and experience......

Ghost Investigation #1 October 27th around 7:00pmEST off we go to Blue ghost tunnels. A local site we have always gotten pictures at.. some of our best

actually!  

Some history

By the year 1836 George Keefer, grandfather of Frank keefer (Actually relatives to my hubby) (M.P.P.) was the first churchwarden and trustee of the burial grounds. As Thorold grew in

the middle years of the 19th century it did so above the Escarpment, in a southerly and westerly direction, toward where the center of town is today.

As this happened, St. Peter's Church gradually fell into disuse, being replaced by the Church of St. John the Evangelist in and around the mid 1860's.

When this happened the former St. Peter's Church had become nothing more than a funeral chapel.

As the town's attention shifted elsewhere, the old cemetery that was adjacent to St. Peter's Church likewise was more and more ignored.

In 1875 and 1876 by the Thorold Post were some articles about the Old Cemetery.....

One read the "Old German Cemetery"

This article was printed in the year 1875 by the Thorold Post describing the poor conditions of the burial grounds by where the old German Church once

stood.The article was placed by a Pro Bono ....

He wanted to direct the attention of the city fathers to the poor state of the cemetery by saying it was like "a crying evil that was in the midst" as to the

state of the cemetery. He further claimed it was "a disgrace to humanity." He also said "if a stranger came to see the new canal, what would they think

by coming across such a site. I am sure they would have a low opinion of the region."

The second article that appeared in the Thorold Post was made in the year 1876....

The article read "Why Is It So"

It was submitted by "Fair Canada"

They wrote asking why the town's church yard was in such bad condition and unattended too....... They were talking about the Old German Church

Cemetery, describing that near the old stone church (St. Peters) had it's gate open, the fences broken in many places and cattle of various kinds roaming

at will amidst the graves, injuring the monuments sometimes over throwing them...

In conclusion asking "Why Oh Why is it so"........

Shortly after the articles were written it was proposed to the towns council in August 1876 that Thorold find space for a new cemetery. The town council

recorded the minutes of this proposal and did nothing about this immediately, but the seed was planted..... A decade later Lakeview Cemetery was opened

on top of the escarpment and a safe distance east of the new third canal. But Old St. Peters Cemetery still remained "populated" with the graves of

Thorolds oldest, most distinguished citizens.....Below is a picture of the old cemetery..

Back in 1867, the Welland Canal became a federal matter. John A. Macdonald's goverment made plans to construct a 3rd canal to accommodate the

vessels using the other two canals that were already in use. The construction of the 3rd canal started in the year 1870 and was to take 17 years to

complete, although the third canal was offically opened in April of 1882....

A provision had to be made after the new canal opened for vehicle traffic that crossed the 3rd canal. Wooden swing bridges were in place, but concerns

came in by the Great Western Railway Company for they required a more durable and less interrupted way to cross the new canal. So a tunnel was

decided upon.....

Its location was decided to be between locks 18 and 19 and was to pass under the third canal itself. This was a huge excavation project, not only for the

tunnel itself but also for the long graded railway approaches to and from the tunnel. Work began in early 1875. Hundreds of men with picks and shovels

and horses were used to have the excavation done..... After the tunnel was excavated the stone masonaries moved in and within a year the tunnel was

complete.

The tunnel itself ended up to be 665 feet long and with the winged stone work at both ends giving the tunnel a total length of 713 feet... The entire tunnel

was built with Queenston Limestone that was hauled by wagon and rail from the Queenston Quarry.

When the third canal was opened in 1882 the Great Western Railway Company was in the process of being incorpated into the Grand Trunk Railway

system. It was the latter railway company that used the tunnel first.

The tunnel was destined to a short period of usage for it had a single track that ran through the tunnel. By the late 1880's the Grand Trunk Rail Line was

double tracked throughout its length. So a new double tracked swing bridge was constructed a little north of the tunnel near lock 17. This swing bridge

was made of steel and is still being used today.......

The tunnel however, was used off and on as late as 1915 before being abandoned. An engineer named Harry Eastwood was the last one to pilot a train

through the tunnel. In the years that followed the once vibrant tunnel was forgotten and abandoned. Sometimes the only persons that used the tunnel

would be the occasional farmer that lived in the vicinity who used it as a means of getting his cattle from one field to the other. The tunnel also made for a

weather proof passage way once the rails and ties had been removed.....

In the year 1913 plans were in process to construct the present day Wellands 4th canal... The abandoned tunnel still stands today as a reminder of times

gone by. The tunnel would be 122 years old this year of 2004.

Tragic Deaths

The tunnel had its share of death over the years. One being that of the Great Rail Disaster near the western end of the tunnel.

As reported by the Daily Standard dated January 3rd 1903........

The headlines flashed across the front cover "BAD TRAIN WRECK, No.4 Express Collides with a light Mogul Near Merritton Tunnel." (Known today

as the "Blue Ghost Tunnel")

"On the Grandtrunk rail line near Merritton a serious and fatal accident occurred near the Merritton Tunnel today. The accident occurred around

7:03am at a point about 100 yards from the tunnels western entrance. Engine Number 975 was an 80 ton mogul train to leave from Niagara falls at

6:00am each morning and run through to Hamilton .

Engine Number 4 express train was one of the best and fastest trains on the G.T. R. and was scheduled to arrive in Merritton at 6:28am. The Engineer's

name was Duke and the fireman that manned the boiler was Abraham Desult both from Sarnia. As nearly as can be learned it was 7:03 am when the ill-

fated express train passed a small telegraph station near the tunnel,

A few moments later and almost one third of a mile down the track the engine of the express train and the light mogul train met with a terrible crash.

Both engines at the time of the collision were in full steam when they met head on. The accident happened on a sharp curve where both engineers could

not see each other for a distance of 200ft. The estimated speed of both trains were about 22MPH at the time of the collision.

Both engineers escaped with only broken limbs and minor cuts to face and arms while Mr. Charles Horning (firemen) for the express train was killed

instantly. The reporter described the condition of the body as being jammed between the boiler and tentler, his body was horribly mangled. When

rescuers went to pull on the limbs of the man to try to free him they broke off. When some of the remains were taken away, his mid section was so tightly

wedged between the tentler and boiler that his remaining body could not be pulled free. It was even noted that his watch on one of his arms was still

working......

The other firemen (Abraham Desult) from the mogal train was smashed into the boiler of the train, and received burns to 90% of his body. He was rushed

to the St.Catharines General Hospital were he died 5 hours after the accident."

The entrance to the tunnel that one can explore today was the side where the accident had happened. The trains did not collide in the tunnel as most folks

had thought. It happened about 100 yards from the entrance of the tunnel just beyond the path we walk down to get to the BGT.....

The spirit of the two firemen could be part of the paranormal activity that is found at the BGT today .......

Lock 6 Disaster

Then there was the lock six disaster that happened on August 6th/1928 where 8 men had been killed and two others near death that later died of the

injuries sustained..... The lock itself over time was said to be cursed, for two years later from the day of the last disaster of August 6th/1928 another fatal

accident occured killing 8 men.... There were other accidents along the canal. During the time it took to construct the canal 107 lives were lost....

Does the Blue Ghost Tunnel act as a magnet for all that died around the area ? We can not answer that question with any certainty, but we do know that

the tunnel holds paranormal activity and hosts many spirits within the depths of the tunnel itself.......

The Cemetery

Before Lakeview Cemetery;

As documented at the Library in St. Cathrines Ontario, the cemetery was not located beside the tunnel itself, as some folks thought. It was, and still is, in

the poundage area by the pump house. Here are the facts that were found.....

There once was a time when the township of Thorold had many small churchyards that once existed. For almost a century Thorold's main cemetery was

the one established early in the 1800's near Thorold's first church building, commonly known as the Old German Church. The Old German Church was

located at the intersection of the former Ten Mile Creek Road and ST. David's Road, in what is today a sort of wasteland near the south edge of the

poundage area below the escarpment and east of the pump house.

In the year 1773 The Old German Church was a log building and it was built by the Lutherans. They were the first United Empire Loyalists that occupied

the area. In 1802 one Jacob Ball gave a deed for a piece of land containing 5 acres, to be used forever as a burial ground to the Old German Church.

The picture below is an artist's conception of what the old church and cemetery looked like. By the early 1830's the OLD German Church was pretty

much abandoned and was replaced by a new church building, erected on the opposite side (west) side from where the Old German Church had long

stood.

St. Peters Anglican Church was the church that replaced the Old German Church in the year 1832 as pictured below...

By the early twentieth century the cemetery's condition had gotten so bad that in the following article from the Thorold Post (July 3.1908) you would

think the reporter was describing an archaeologist's trek through the Mexican jungle rather than simply a walk through Tholord's old cemetery......

The reporter had printed in his own words that it was like "walking through a jungle, with overgrown brush , and neglected grave markers that popped

up through the brush. Some of the stones were broken and the fence that surround the grave yard was broken in many areas."

At this time the cemetery was called the "Old Cemetery" formerly "The Grave Yard" formerly "St. Peters Burial Grounds" formerly " The Lutheran

Burial Place" then formerly "The Old German Church Cemetery"

By the early 1920's came the final blow to the cemetery when it was decided upon to build a new canal that would be later called the Fourth Welland

Canal. This would require that the area occupied by the Old Cemetery and once the site of St. Peters Church be covered by a canal pondage area.

The call went out for any persons having relatives in the Old Cemetery to arrange to have their remains moved to the new Lakeview Cemetery. Those

that made claims to have their loved ones moved got underway by July 1923. This would make the cemetery 150 years old by this date. Total graves that

were in the cemetery was numbered at 913 graves, the oldest one being that of a Hannah Lampton, Buried in 1793. Many of these graves were that of the

United Loyalists and their entire families. The government at the time that was to perform the removal of the graves stated "Graves that were not

claimed or those without markers would remain in the grave yard."

By the time all was said and done a total of 250 graves had been removed out of 913 graves, leaving a total of 663 graves that are still in the area that is

now under water in the pondage area by the Blue Ghost Tunnel.

Just some of many part tombstones here.

Although we had many many pictures in the past from here, and feeling a bit nervous, at the end of the tunnel both brave people who went back there

heard foot steps coming closer and closer.....  And getting alot of orb action.. Besides this we didnt get anything. Besides tons of orbs!

We knew we were not alone, but that was mainly it. No realy action. The day seems to be the most action in this place from the 3 times we went at night

vs. the most of the times the day.. brought Tons of action!!!

Next we went to The Victoria Lawn cemetery, it was extremely quiet... Maybe 2-3 orbs after looking back.. but really that was it.

So after being #! disapointed.

and wondering if we were going to see anything???!!!

Hoping this was not all a loss.  

We headed to Fort Mississauga.  Just walking up thru the golf course.. It was dark, cool, crisp.. As we walked we were uneasy.

It was here I saw first the 3 men walking towards us.  Which my fear here ghost hunting is .. I hate to run into people.. first its private property

Either way.. I dont want some kids jumping out at us.. Or anything like that.  so when I said there were 3 people coming I meant it.. I told them to o all to

be quiet .. dead sure that there were people coming as I could see them clearly heading our way.... After standing there for 10 minutes .. I realized nothign

was there.... Realizing that there were many people in the fields by this point....  just not real people.

So nervous.. but continuing on .. at least they werent real people.

So the rest of the time we walked thru.  Looking in tunnels and walkign around the small single area.  and around the rather one large building.

We already jumped ahead two of us.. I especially stuck by Jill.. Together we were pointing areas out, and information we picked up....

Bouncing ideas visions, and feelings off each other... And there he was.  Crouching down.  Like he just finished a cigerette and just thru it away

was a young man.. I said under 21.. no older then that.. Jill guessed 17.  Some where in this age range. a very young looking, scruffy face.. but the look

like he couldbnt grow a beard.  Crouching the entire time at most likely a post area to the left hand side of the building and up half way the hill.. a a large

flat land section.  He crouched.  Maybe a few feet away from us. Starring right thru us.. blinking as a human would. We both said just a solomn

expression..

Like you would do expressionless .. and bored*   Like he was bored of being there... and there was no fear at all... he didnt notice as at all..

Although right there in front of him.  white, clear but a full figure.. and no problems seeing him at all!!!!!!!!

Freaked I think Mr.x you have my camera! I go yelling in the tunnel they are to the right of him.. not far away.  X   X  ... I need my camera!!!

Take a picture over here.. He was gone.  

And the camera was no longer working.. All night having difficulties.. Only getting a few shots in the tunnels.. Lots  of orbs... but thats it.

Leaving we all described just feeling surrounded..

After then we walked around Fort George.. Jillian did not want to go anywhere after that!!!

But we dragged her along.. I was ready for more.. Although little activity again at Fort george....  We only walked around..

Jill hearing a young male in the right hand distance, Myself and X heard a distinct moan.. to the left.

That was really it..

Last but not least was by Navy Hall .. along Niagara river.. heading to a battle field where X had previous invetsigations before we joined and

had a creepy experience of at least 100 eyes starring at them.. and sounds of dogs .. they quickly left..

When we went.. I never saw anything, or heard anything.  They were all nervous... There really personally wasnt much to it.. to me.. the field I was

drawn too.. and know wonder because there were battles.. but that was really it... It was heading towards the car... In an unepected place I saw my other

man... Heading to the card I see a stealth young nimbal man take a few long strides and hunkering low.. I knew this one was a ghost or a shadow...

And All I did was star.. thinking what are you doing.. Just 2-4 long strides keeping low .. like sneaky... and fast.. he practiced this one...

And that was that.. IT looked like a pole there!   but he disappeared.. So I opened my mouth and said I just saw something.... and I am not sure who

spoke next.. If I go the man out . I think I did.. and Jill said So did I ,,, I looked and said oh the man too.. she looked at me.. a boat.  

Now understand this is a sight people have actually reported seeing a few times down the Niagar River.. A smaller 3 sail Christopher columbus style boat

as Jill put it.. lol  But I knew right away.. and assured her it was a regular thing.. The poor girls didnt need anymroe tonight lol...

And I said ooohhh now I know what that boy was doing.. tying the boat up

At the exact some time.. I was soo busy watching the boy... wondering what he was doing.. and she was busy and amazed that she was lookign at this

boat here!  The exact sametime but missed each others seeeings.. But together they mad soo much sense to me......

Last but not least Well  today We went to Fort George ghost tour..  It was ok. the last time we got to use photography .. this time no flash well at

11:00pmest good luck getting pics then So that sucked*) Next well I did see a few ghosts... I saw the little girl by a bed* Watching us.. and she laughed

at the man when telling a story..  because it was her who did it! The tour guide was pretty decent.. Con they had a security guy at the end/... lol

redicuous.. so no pics again! with flash He followed making sure he was last.. I didnt like that...  I saw a woman or a tall thin man over to the side

before the little girl.. but these were all just small things.. that I really didnt see super long.. or anything... I think the neatest thing was the man walkign

from one building to another... He had no light but he worse a black outfit similar to the tour guides... he held out like and keys... he waslked notmally

strolling .. It was probably like a 10 minute walk from one side to the next building. I sat there and watched him walk.. thinking is that a guide?

At first walking normally.. and strolling.. Wondering mmm....

It was weirrd no light and no one with him....   Not sure yet.. I watched from the beginning to the end.. and by the end he picked up alot of speed..

his legs moving fairly fast... Almost weirdly fast.. By that point I knew.. But amaxing because from beginnign to the he reached the side of the next

building and he disappoeared.. watching if there he was goign to come back or go to the next.. I didnt see anymore.. After like 10 minutes of watching this

ghost walk.. I went around the other side of X nudged him and pointed showed him what I just saw... and that was really it... I was fine with that.

At the end... The tour guide asks anyone see anythign unusual.. I dont say anything.. I am good.. but one man spoke up..

Asking if after the end of the day or tour if there is a ghost that likes to lokck up.. and right away we were all told yes.. And before he could finish the

sentence I said yes.  And he looked right at me and said yah I saw you looking at him too... Right away noticing and we quickly mentined at the end

how fast he walked.. by the end He was towards the back of the group like us.. and I noticed him right from the beginning!  He must have noticed me

starring.. as I know I was and then watched him too.. I dont know how mure didnt lol.. Really it was the full walk... But I was glad someone did..

and Im glad they asked and knew I saw too Sometimes its nice not being the only one to see things.  Thats why I love going with Jill as well!

Biography:  Lanaia Lee was born in 1957 to a Navy father and a schoolteacher mother whohome-schooled her. In second grade, she was reading on a 4th gradelevel, so they moved her to a private school to enhance her education. When she was nine years old, her mother died from a massive stroke.Because her father was rarely home, her grandmother, a professed blackwitch, gained custody.

WhenLanaia was 14, her grandmother abandoned her, and she landed in fostercare where she had four different sets of foster parents within a year,because she kept running away to avoid men who attempted to molest her.

Atage fifteen, she went to boarding school on her dad's GI Bill. Shegraduated in her junior year after which she drifted, living withvarious people with neither a family nor a home. At eighteen, shemarried and divorced having three miscarriages. By nineteen, she beganworking in management for convenient stores and restaurant chains.

Sheremarried at age 30, then had a stillborn daughter a year later. Fiveyears later, her husband left her for a seventeen-year-old. She filedbankruptcy, and one month later suffered a massive stroke, which, afterseven months in the hospital, put her in a wheelchair.

Thenext two years involved intensive physical therapy, but she would neverwalk again. She took the step of finding work to help herrehabilitation. She found employment at vocational trades where she metmy soul mate, David, also in a wheelchair from a motorcycle wreck hesustained in 1984. They married in 1992 and are still happily married.

They,too, lost two children due to her disease, erratic hypertension. Sheand her husband live independently, and she still drives.

In2001, David dared her to write a poem. Out of curiosity, she posted itin an online poetry forum. The feedback was so positive, she keptwriting. At first, she wrote just poems, then short stories and finallynovels. All of her work is typed one-handed because of her disabilities.

Lanaiagives credit to the grace of God which has helped her overcome immenseadversity, hold her head high, and she claims

she won’t quit until shehits the best seller list.

 and of course A cold or flu can strike at any time, they are most common during early fall, midwinter, and early spring, so these are the times it makes the most sense to work actively to boost immunity.

A  virus spreads one of two ways: through air or by direct contact. The key to cold prevention, is to put some distance between you and cold viruses and then to boost your defenses (immunity) when the virus has managed to reach you in spite of all these defenses set up.

A strong immune system is the best defense against all infections. Boost your body's natural resistance by eating well, not smoking, and drinking plenty of fluids every day.

Take 10,000 international units of beta-carotene and 25 milligrams of zinc daily during the cold and flu season. Vitamin C  can be hugley affective. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Supplement your diet with 500 milligrams  of  C   each twice daily during the cold season.

Astragalus which is a herb* The chinese use( strengthens the immune system and upper respiratory tract, and improves energy. Take 500 milligrams of astragalus daily for two weeks out of every month during the cold and flu season. Do not take it if you have a fever or other sign of acute infection.     

American ginseng helps to build the immune system and strengthens the body. Take 200 milligrams twice weekly during the winter months. Do not take American ginseng if you have a fever or any other signs of acute infection, or if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or hypoglycemia. If you are sensitive to the effects of caffeine and other stimulants, you may want to consult with a qualified herbalist before using ginseng.

Echinacea and goldenseal stimulate the immune system and help keep the body clear of infections. Take one dose of an echinacea and goldenseal combination formula supplying 500 milligrams of echinacea and 200 milligrams of goldenseal twice weekly during the cold and flu season.

Siberian ginseng helps to strengthen immune function. Choose a standardized extract containing 0.5 percent eleutheroside E and take 100 milligrams in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Wash your hands again and again. It is one of your best defenses against colds. The washing with soap re moves the virus from your hands.

As far as possible, avoid contact between your hand and vulnerable entry points for the virus such as your mouth, nose etc. If you have to rub your nose or eyes, use a knuckle. It is less likely to be contaminated with a cold virus than your fingertips.

Do not use cloth handkerchiefs. Instead use disposable paper facial tissues. A cold virus can survive for several hours on cloth handkerchiefs. Switch to disposable facial tissues. Use them once and discard them.

Allow air to circulate. Ventilation disperses viruses. On the contrary, stagnant air is a breeding ground for cold viruses. One of the big risk of catching cold is when you travel in a plane where the closed air system recirculates the contaminated air exposing you to the virus repeatedly. If possible, avoid plane travel and crowded places such as movies, theater, etc. during the cold season.

Improve your home environment.  viruses thrive under the conditions such as lack of humidity. Overheated homes and offices are the perfect setup for a cold. When our nose and tonsils are dry, they cannot trap germs efficiently. It becomes difficult to sneeze and cough, so it's difficult to expel germs from the body. Turning down the thermostat and turning on a room humidifier keeps virus-laden mucus flowing out of your body.

I know after a cold or virus in our home.. I get my handy dandy disenfectant wipes... IT makes me feel better hahaha  just wiping down everything.. Al common germ carrying things in the home.. like what I am on now the cordless, or the keyboard and computer buttons....  the stereo, light switches, door handles, fridge handles, tooth brushes, and paste... toilet handles....  I think thats just good in general ..  car keys* house keys...

Sit in a sauna. Researchers found that if you indulge in a sauna twice a week or more, you're less likely to catch a cold. Possibly, the high temperature may block the cold viruses from reproducing. Or just run a shower in a closed room .. HOT* 

If you are experiencing emotional distress or other stress, you will fall ill more easily. In a study involving more than 400 people, researchers found that people who reported high levels of psychological stress were twice as likely to develop a cold as those reporting low stress levels. It appears that a change in stress hormones wears down the immune system.

Try to be aware of the sources for your stress and do things that relieve stress.

I have a few   natural health remedy is great for many different ailments:

    * Colds

    * The flu (Influenza)

    * Infections

    * Sore throats

    * Respiratory problems

This is said to be natures penecillian***  

You can also use it as a tonic to strengthen your immune system.

CAUTION: This recipe makes several doses. Do NOT take the entire amount all at once.  

What You Will Need:

    * 1 orange

    * 1 grapefruit

    * 2 lemons

    * 1/2 large onion

    * 3 cloves of garlic

    * 3 drops pure peppermint oil

    * 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Step 1: Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Use a fruit and vegetable wash if you have it on hand. Peel off only the very outer thin layer of skin of the orange and grapefruit. You do not have to take the skin of the lemon, but you can peel it if you’d like.

Step 2: Cut the fruit, onion, and garlic into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add a small amount of water if needed to get the blender going. Add only as little water as possible.

Storage: Store this remedy in a glass jar in the fridge. You can warm it slightly in a small pan before you take it.

Shred or dice* fresh ginger* in a teaball and hot water .. steep

add 1/2 lemon

and honey to taste....

Deliscious!!!

Herbal Fever Remedy

1 ounce dried Elder Flowers

1 ounce dried Peppermint Leaves

½ pint distilled water

Mix the herbs. Place in a quart saucepan. Pour 1/2 pints of distilled boiling water over it. Cover and allow to steep in a hot place for 10 to 15 minutes (do not boil). When ready, strain into another saucepan. Sweeten with honey if desired.

For chest colds I am a fan of the old remedy called mustard plaster**

   1. Put a tight-fitting T-shirt on the patient and tuck her into bed.

   2. Tear a piece of flannelette off an old pair of pajamas, nightie, or diaper, about 12" x 6".

   3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seed powder with 1 tablespoon of flour. Use either bought mustard seed powder or grind fresh seeds.

   4. Add cool water to the mixture gradually till it turns into a paste.

   5. Spread the paste on half of the flannelette, and fold over the other half.

   6. Place on a plate and warm in an oven or microwave to take the chill off. (Only for comfort and can be skipped if not convenient.)

   7. Only warm slightly. Don't cook or else the flour will harden.

   8. Place the pack on the patient's chest and secure with the T-shirt.

   9. Check occasionally to make sure the skin does not turn raw.

Gargle

Gargling can moisten a sore throat and bring temporary relief. Try a teaspoon of salt dissolved in warm water, four times daily. To reduce the tickle in your throat, try an astringent gargle -- such as tea that contains tannin -- to tighten the membranes. Or use a thick, viscous gargle made with honey, popular in folk medicine. Steep one tablespoon of raspberry leaves or lemon juice in two cups of hot water; mix with one teaspoon of honey. Let the mixture cool to room temperature before gargling. Honey should never be given to children less than 1 year old.

Herbal remedies for herbs* for colds**

Ginger: contains nearly a dozen antiviral compounds. Scientists have isolated several chemicals  in ginger that have specific effects against the most common family of cold viruses,  help relieve cold symptoms because they reduce pain and fever, suppress coughing and have a mild sedative effect that encourages rest.

Onion: close to garlic biologically and contains many similar antiviral chemicals.

Steep raw onion slices overnight in honey. Take the resulting mixture at intervals like a cough syrup. You can also use more onions in cooking whenever you have a cold.

Anise: Commission E in Germany recommended aniseed as an expectorant for getting rid of phlegm. In large doses, it also has some antiviral benefits.  Make a tea by steeping one to two teaspoons of crushed aniseed in a cup or two of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain it. Anise is often chewed by Asian Indians after their meals. It is also one of the ingredients used in "Indian Chai."Suggested dose: one cup of tea, morning and/or night. This should help you cough up whatever's loose and also help you fight the cold.

Licorice: contains antiviral compounds that induce the release of interferons, the body's own antiviral constituents.

Slippery elm: Slippery elm bark contains large quantities that acts as an effective throat soother and cough suppressant.

Watercress:Use two to three teaspoons of dry watercress to make a tea for treating cold-related runny nose and cough. Or try an ounce of fresh watercress--it makes a great addition to a salad.

FOR FLU***********************************************

 Echinacea has been a traditional favorite for colds and flu. Double blind studies in Germany have shown that infections with flu-like symptoms clear more rapidly when taking echinacea.1 Echinacea appears to work by stimulating the immune system. Taking 3–5 ml of tincture or 300 mg of dried root powder three times per day is usually recommended.

Elderberry:  Elderberry is another herb that has been used in treating flu. This herb contains two compounds that are active against flu viruses. It also prevents the virus from invading respiratory tract cells.

Sambucol also stimulates the immune system and has shown some activity in preliminary trials against other viruses, such as Epstein-Barr, herpes and even HIV.

**Actually a note is In a small double blind trial,  patients with influenza2 were found to recover three times faster when they took one capsule of elderberry extract four times daily compared to patients taking placebo.

You can take the medication or take the herb by making a tea from the herb.

Make elderberry-flower tea by steeping 3 to 5 g of dried flowers in one cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Take 1 cup of this tea 3 times daily.

Elderberry flower is generally regarded as safe. Side effects are rare and consist primarily of occasional mild gastrointestinal distress or allergic reactions. Its safety in young children, pregnant or nursing women, or those with severe liver or kidney disease is not established.

Astragalus root has been used to enhance immunity for thousands of years in China. This herb is considered by herbal practitioners to be a tonic that strengthens the body’s resistance to disease. Astragalus can stimulate practically all of the processes of your immune system. It increases the number of stem cells in bone marrow and speeds their growth into active immune cells.

Astragalus also may help boost levels  one of your body’s potent fighters against viruses. This, in turn, can help prevent or shorten the duration of colds and flu. Astragalus alson boosts the production of white blood cells called macrophages, whose function is to destroy invading viruses and bacteria.

As soon as you discover the flu, take one 500- milligram capsule of astragalus four times a day until symptoms disappear. Then take one capsule twice a day for seven days to prevent a relapse.

Garlic is known to kill influenza virus in test tubes.3 It also stimulates the immune system and wards off complications such as bronchitis.

Garlic contains several helpful compounds, including allicin, one of the plant kingdom's most potent, broad-spectrum antibiotics. This herb's aromatic compounds are readily released from the lungs and respiratory tract, putting garlic's active ingredients right where they can be most effective against cold viruses.

  Holistic practitioners often recommend taking several cloves of raw garlic per day during an infection. You can also take aged garlic extract, or consume products such as hot garlic bread or toast.

Asian ginseng (eleuthero)

Asian ginseng have immune-enhancing properties, which play a potential role in preventing infection with influenza. Boneset has been shown in test tube and other studies to stimulate immune cell function.4 This may explain boneset’s traditional use to help fight off minor viral infections, such as the flu.

Wild Indigo:  

Wild indigo contains polysaccharides and proteins that are believed to stimulate the immune system. It is used traditionally to fight the flu5 in combination with herbs such as echinacea, goldenseal, or thuja.

Forsythia and honeysuckle

These herbs are used by Oriental Medicine practitioners to treat colds, flu and other viruses. They have real antiviral benefits.

At the inception of cold or flu, mix honeysuckle and forsythia with lemon balm tea (lemon balm also has antiviral properties.) Take this tea before going to bed.

Mullein:A tea made with mullein flowers provides throat-soothing and also has an expectorant effect. Herbalists think that this plant contains compounds that inhibit flu viruses. You can also make a tea with mullein leaf.
